Construction Continues to Rise Across Campus

Construction activity remains strong across the campus as several key areas of the project continue to make significant progress. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection rough-ins are now underway throughout the structure. These critical behind-the-scenes systems are essential to supporting future building operations and represent an important step toward interior finishes later in the project schedule.

Meanwhile, progress continues on the two Assisted Living wings, where crews are actively installing and framing the building's metal panel wall system. Work in these areas is expected to continue through the end of September as teams steadily move through each section of the buildings. The installation of the exterior wall systems marks another major step toward enclosing the structures and preparing them for interior work.

On the Skilled Nursing wing, underground utility work is nearing completion. With this phase wrapping up, crews are preparing to pour the slab-on-grade during the first week of July. This milestone will establish the building's floor structure and pave the way for vertical construction activities to begin shortly thereafter.

The Town Square continues to be one of the most visible areas of progress on site. Structural steel framing has been completed, and both the second- and third-floor concrete decks are now in place. These accomplishments provide a strong framework for the next stages of construction and highlight the steady momentum being maintained across the project.
