Halyard has been onsite for the past several weeks and is currently framing both Assisted Living wings, with plans to begin framing the Skilled Nursing wing in the near future. Their team has done an excellent job maintaining momentum by working in multiple areas simultaneously, helping keep the overall project on schedule. Fair & Square Construction has been working onsite since the middle of March, allowing us to hit the milestone of going vertical with the project. They have been able to hold their aggressive framing schedule thus far while still exemplifying high safety and quality standards on the installation of prefabricated wall panels and trusses. Currently, there are around 30 personnel from their team installing the wood framing for Porter Hills Village, making for a lot of deliveries
