Dan Behler - Project Executive

As a graduate of the Construction and Civil Engineering program at Western Michigan University, with 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Dan has earned himself the top spot as leader of this remarkable team. As the project executive on the Porter Hills project, he will be responsible for the overall facets of the construction management process.

Outside of work, Dan is an avid hunter and fisherman. He and his wife, Anne, are living a busy life raising their three growing boys.

Nick Novakoski - Project Manager

For the H.I.V.E project, Nick’s strong problem-solving and organizational skills will contribute to the team effort and ultimate project success. He will manage the overall administration of the project team. He will oversee all estimating, preconstruction, scheduling, cost control, and execution of project activities.

When not working, Nick spends him time with wife, Samantha, and their growing family. Cooper is Nick's active four-year-old little boy, who just welcomed sister Ellie to the family in October. Nick has a love of football, and a strong golf swing.

Doug Eddy - Senior Field Manager

With over 38 years of construction experience, nearly 20 of those at EV, Doug is more than qualified to lead the boots-on-the-ground team. Doug is known for his ability to complete projects on time while consistently exceeding expectations. As senior field manager, Doug will be onsite full-time throughout the construction process and will be responsible for all day-to-day activities, including coordinating the work of our trade contractors. Doug is a highly motivated field manager who will ensure safety and maintain quality through diligent review of all materials used to guarantee adherence to your plans, specifications, and schedule.

Joe and his wife Stacy share two children. When not on a project site, Doug enjoys running, baseball, and craft brews.

Ethan Britton - Assistant Project Manager

As Nick's right-hand on this project, Ethan Britton will serve as assistant project manager, supporting coordination between trade partners, architects, and the internal project team. He works closely with Nick to help manage daily tasks and communication, ensuring efficient project execution and continuity across all phases.

Ethan worked as a summer intern for EV, after doing such a dynamite job, he was offered a full-time spot on the team. Ethan enjoys traveling and snow skiing.
